Will the magnets in the crossbody bag and the jeweled embellishments damage my credit cards?
We use rare earth magnets, and while that are very strong, they are generally safe for your credit cards. As long as you don't store your cards in the external front pocket of the bag, they will be very safe! As an extra measure of safety, we recommend the use of one of our mini clip-on wallets.
When I adjust the length of my bag's patent strap, it leaves a buckle impression on the strap--how do I get rid of this impression?
We ship these patent straps to you in a short length position. To quickly get rid of the marks made by changing the buckle position, simply heat that portion of the patent strap with your blow dryer until it is pliable, then press on it firmly between your fingers with a towel (it may be too hot for bare hands). You might need to repeat this process and massage the strap for a few minutes, but the marks will come out 100%!
What do I do when the top zipper on my bag gets "stuck" in an open position?
We strategically decided not to put a metal stopper at the end of the zippered opening because it would limit the width of the opening, compromising the convenience of the bag! On occasion, you may unzip the bag so far that it gets "stuck" in the open position. When this happens, just pull the "tail end" of the zipper out of the bag, hold onto the patent end of it to rezip, and then tuck/push the "tail end" back into the end of the bag. (Note that this will be easier done if you just have the bag only partially zipped and you fold the patent "tail" in half to poke through the opening at the end of the bag; you will need to pull/guide the "tail" through with your other hand).
